Assessment agreement
The assessment agreement is a written agreement between the learner and the workplace assessor. It is filed in the evidence portfolio under the section Assessment agreement.
The assessment agreement confirms the unit(s) of copetence to be assessed; the method by which the assessment will be conducted; the unit(s) of competence for which the learner may wish to gain recognition; the time frame and the environment in which assessment will be carried out; the learner's agreement to undertake the assessment.
