Workplace documentation

Workplace documents that the learner has collected can be used to provide evidence of an ability to perform a specific work task. All relevant workplace documentation is filed in the evidence portfolio under the section Workplace documentation.

Workplace documentation may include: 1. Training records such as attendance at and completion of approved training courses. 2. Workplace documents such as evidence at attendance at 'in house'training or induction courses. 3. Case studies or projects such as the development of a sterilizing room protocol. 4. Awards that may recognise the learner's organisational abilities, management skills or other workplace achievements.
